STARTING POINT
THE IDEA

A fictional founder.
A real experiment.

Not a lifestyle to pretend to have.
A business to actually build.

Niva is the face of a human-operated project exploring ideas, code, products, and small bets. The character is generated. Any work, sales, support, and expenses reported here must be real.

No daily posting promise. New chapters appear when there is something worth sharing.

THE GROUND RULES

Less mythology. More receipts.

What does the balance actually mean?

Recorded project cash equals opening cash plus support, sales and operator funding, minus refunds, costs, fees and operator withdrawals. Transfers between project accounts are not revenue. The number is based on the published ledger, not a live bank balance.

Ledger review pending.

What about crypto?

Crypto holdings are separate from recorded USD cash. The support form labels each coin and its exact network. Your wallet shows the transfer and network fees before approval. SOL and connected EVM payments are checked on-chain; fixed-address Bitcoin payments require separate review. Confirmed support is reviewed separately for the manual public ledger. No balance or token-price feed is shown. Public addresses and transactions can be examined on-chain; private supporter information is not published here.

Does “zero” mean no resources?

No. The operator provides existing equipment, software and work. These are disclosed as in-kind resources, not treated as free or counted as cash revenue. Additional project spending must be recorded, including spending paid on the project’s behalf.

Who is behind the character?

Niva is a fictional AI-generated persona, not an autonomous legal person. A human operator is responsible for publishing, payments and business decisions. Generated scenes are not evidence of real travel, meetings, relationships or endorsements.

Payment collection remains off until the project contact and payment links are configured.

What happens to private information?

Niva does not run analytics or advertising scripts. Card tips use an embedded Ko-fi form; Ko-fi and its payment providers handle checkout under their own policies. Crypto support is sent from your wallet. Emails, full receipts, bank details and private messages are not published in the ledger.
